Technical Coaching

For those looking for longer term training, confidence building or general technical career coaching, I offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly coaching.
Cost: 50min session at £25 (Associates and Interns), £35 (Mid-level), £45 (Senior+).
Technical Coaching is generally for those currently working and aiming to improve skills on the job. Those looking for assistance to get a new job while unemployed, should apply for mentorship above.

The difference between my Coaching and Mentorship is:
Topics and sessions are driven by the mentee. We might not meet regularly, and conversations happen when you have questions, want perspective or need a review on a task we're working on. Mentorship is always free. It’s best suited to people who want occasional guidance, career perspective, data or software questions, and ideas for projects, portfolios & reviews thereof, but dont require consistency and structured support toward a specific outcome.

Coaching is structured and goal-focused. We meet regularly with prepared sessions designed to move you toward a specific outcome. I provide accountability and active support between sessions - following up, sending reminders, and helping you maintain momentum. I may also do practical work with you or on your behalf, such as reviewing CVs, searching for roles, reviewing applications, and providing written feedback outside of the session when needed.
